Where Do I Find Your Finish Colors & Other Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I find examples of your finish colors?

How do I return this light? My husband ordered the wrong size shade!

How do I change the light bulb in a cast guard-and-glass pendant?

These are but a few of the questions our expert sales team fields each and every day as customers navigate their way around our website. Buying online can be difficult with some companies, but the staff at Barn Light Electric works very hard to make your shopping experience as pleasant and seamless as possible. It’s one of the reasons we have received the Best of Houzz Customer Service Award for three years running!

So where do you find our finish color chart? Let’s check out the Old Dixie Gooseneck Light product page shown above. Here you will see photos of the Old Dixie on the left and the customizing options menus on the right underneath the price. As you go through and select each option, the price will change to reflect your choices.

About halfway down this page you will see the Finish Chart/Features information. The first line reads Powder Coat Finishes. On the far right of this line, there is a clickable link that reads Click to View. Click on this and the page of sample colors will pop up. Be sure to scroll down to see all 19 finish colors that are available for this gooseneck light.

If you want to see finish colors up close and personal, just call or email and we’ll get your choices right out to you!

You can also Click to View the Gooseneck Arm choices…again, be sure to scroll down to see all 27 styles and shapes of these arms.

And yes, you can Click to View our Guard and Glass options too!
