The New England Culinary Institute has been providing “highly intense culinary education” for more than 30 years. Located in Montpelier, Vermont, the Institute attracts would-be chefs from all over the world and has grown from seven students in its first graduating class to more than 4,000 alumni including Iron Chef Host Alton Brown. Black River Design Architects, also located in Montpelier, recently completed a remodel for NECI of an existing structure and carriage house with a connector between the two.
